We are a licensed Microbial Management Company. We have custom-built many generations of Soft Wash equipment over the last ten years. We continue to improve our systems to be more efficient and safe. New downstream technology allows the use of multiple surfactants creating a solution for every surface. Soft Wash uses low pressure and chemically cleans and sanitizes the surface, eliminating the roots and growth of what is actually growing on your building. The solutions are water-based and contain no solvents or acid. The roof solution is specifically designed by shingle manufacturers and will not void your warranty.
